Walls
Wall and drywall repairs. Caulking and sealing. Touch-ups and other cosmetic fixes.
Tile
Floors, walls and backsplashes. New tile laid, cracked tiles replaced and grout redone.
Outside
Minor exterior repairs. Fence and deck maintenance. Weatherproofing. Pressure washing.
Concrete and landscaping
Patios, walkways and driveways poured or repaired. Planting, mulch, edging and garden beds.
Rentals and sales
Move-in and move-out repairs. Repairs and upkeep between tenants. Improvements before a sale. Punch lists.

We do not do regulated electrical or plumbing work ourselves.
How a job runs

Quote
Send photos of the job, or book a visit and we come and look. Either way, the quote is free. After we see the job, the quote usually comes within two business days. There is no minimum job size.

Deposit
Some jobs need a deposit before the work starts. The amount depends on the size of the job.

The work
We supply the materials, or use the ones you have bought. You do not need to be home while we work.
