Five-year workmanship warranty.

If a problem within five years is found to be the result of our workmanship, we will come back and address it.

It covers workmanship, applies to every service we carry out, and is offered on the same terms by ES ES Painting KS LLC and ES ES Property LLC. Both companies are insured.

What is not covered

• Normal wear and tear.
• Building movement and structural issues.
• Water leaks or moisture from a source other than our work.
• Accidental damage.
• Damage caused by other contractors or by occupants.
• Anything unrelated to the work we carried out.

Paint, materials and fittings carry whatever warranty their manufacturer offers. Ours is a workmanship warranty and does not replace theirs.

When it starts

The five years run from the day the work is completed.

How to make a claim

You can call or email. Let us know what the problem is, where it is, and roughly when the work was done. Photos help. We will arrange a time to come and look at it.
